Salem's fur

By the way, Salem has a quarter Persian bloodline, so his fur is different from local cats', something you may not notice now that he is young or via the pics. His DNA is similar to Slinky's whose mother was half a Persian - a British Shorthair. Resulting coat is thick and soft.

This is Slinky, which is more or less what Salem will look like when he grows up, except that Salem has more Siamese facial features:

Like Salem, Slinky is still considered a short-hair cat, although with thick short hair this may mean more grooming than your usual local cat variety.Visit Little Salem today to find out more!
