There is a new male adult cat in front of our block that we have never seen before. He might have come from the school opposite, which recently re-opened after major construction work.
We didn't have food on us when we saw him, and when we tried to find him later he was out of sight. Hope Auntie Can or Auntie Rose take notice of him and give him some food. That way we can manage the strays in our neighbourhood when we need to neuter them.
